Hi everybody, I have decided to really focus on my training this summer brake. And I need some help. What schedule would be best for gaining as much muscle mass as possible in two months. I have been weight training for about two years now. But I mostly train for stamina, low weights many reps. 

What days of the week, how many reps, how heavy, protein shakes etc. ?

 

I also want to squeaze in some cykling and boxing in my program.
