I am a 42 year old ex rugby player who is currently 114.5Kg (26-1-8) who is hoping to get down to 95Kg in time for my wedding on the 12th July this year. I am doing a mixture of light cardio and increasingly heavy weights (well i am a man.... ego and all that)
