14/11 har vi tidigare bokat in middag och dans i Stockholm. Dagens kommer dock starta tidigare. Jag har prelbokat 10 platser på en för oss specialutbildning i löpteknik ute på Bosön.
Marcus Stålbom från BMGSANALYS kommer under ett tretimmarspass (start 12.30) gå igenom Pose metoden. Det blir både teori och praktiska övningar.Pris ca 650 kr
