hi all you do is go to the diary for that day say the 26th when you open it , near the top of the page you will find your wieght, pulse, step count, and attitude or something like how you are feeling . when you look in the wieght box there is a cross and a pencil. click on the pencil and you can then enter a new amount. hope that helps. cheers lumpy... |
