Hello All! My name is Carolyn, and I just recently joined the site. I apologize in advance if this question is either very obvious or has been addressed here before, but I can't seem to find any option for yoga when attempting to add a completed workout to my diary. Is yoga an option I'm missing???? I believe that, when done in properly and in earnest, yoga is a very good workout, not just stretching and meditation. Anyways, if someone could point me towards the answer I'd greatly appreciate it! Many thanks, Carolyn |

I do yoga regularly and found that I had to add it as a new exercise in order to track my workouts. Have you added a new exercise? It's easy. Just go to the exercise database and select the group that you think your yoga workout would fit into. I put it into "gym class". Put in a name and description, then choose what activity in the drop down menu it is closest to in terms of intensity. |

Thanks for your reply! I won't go looking for yoga now as an option, but will add it myself. |
