gave up smoking when i was 30 , 46 now and slowly every year I put on wieght. I hope to reverse this trend. sick of being fat . my wife can run 15 plus kms at atime and does so twice a week. had a health scare with a blood clot in my leg so I think my body is giving me an ultimatem. loose wieght or die you choose. I really am going to put in. I feel like I,m running out of time!,
