Hey Godess,
didnt see your post untill today :)
As the month is almost over, I have to ask - how did your goals work out?
My goals for September was to get back on the horse.. or, to start up working out again, which has worked out great so far. Coming back from a 2 month 'doing nothing' session, it's just so damn amazing to be back working a solid sweat a few times a week.
The primary target is to get the training build up around some old injuries, that still lurks in the shadows. The right knee and shoulder are drama queens like you wouldnt believe it, and I have to give them some special attention :)
I'm looking forward to seeing your goals for the next month.

Hey Jonas - thanks for your message. The goals are going well so far this month, with a couple of 'off' days where things didn't go to plan. Will post final results at month end and new goals for October Melanie

Wow! Glad you achieved your goals. Running is a great way to stay in shape. Good running shoes are a must. I like to go to footwearetc.com to get great shoes. Good luck with staying on track. |
