I have just started Training with Kettlebells and discovered this site. Looks like it will work well for me to assist with following my progress.
Are there any other members who are into training and lifting with Kettlebells? Would be interested in seeing what workouts other Kettlebell users are working on at the moment.

Hi Im not using kettlebells but a little hint is to check out youtube.com for basic training methods. Nothing is better than video show. http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=Kettlebell&search=Search

Thanks for the tip. I have seen many videos on youtube and also have a dvd that I purchased on correct techniques. It has a couple of same workouts and Ialso have a couple of others that I have found on the net and in books. I currently have four workouts saved to my routine which goes hand in hand with some cardio at the end of a lifting session.

I am a 48 yo male who uses free weights and kettlebells for my bodybuilding routine. Kettlebells are excellent for building those stabilizer muscles

The best site to find out about kettlebells is: www.Crossfit.com They have videos and great message boards. I have tried Crossfit. It is pretty humbling. But very good and detailed instruction videos on kettlebell, squats, cleans, etc etc |

Yesterday I did the following workout: snatch 20+20, squat 40, clean 20+20, jerk 20+20. snatch 15+15, squat 30, clean 15+15, jerk 15+15.snatch 10+10, squat 20, clean 10+10, jerk 10+10. snatch 5+5, squat 10, clean 5+5, jerk 5+5. I didn´t put the bell down inbetween shifts. It´s a pretty good workout. |
